Cancellation Policy

Booking Confirmation -XEM Essential/Premium services require a non-refundable $150 deposit at the time of booking. -Bookings are not confirmed until the deposit is received. Payment Terms -The remaining balance is due within 7 business days after settlement/closing unless promotion or trial code was used. -Payments can be made via ACH transfer, debit/credit card, or other approved methods. Cancellations -Clients may cancel within 24 hours of booking. -If no work has begun, the deposit may be applied as a credit toward a future booking within 6 months. -If work has already started, the deposit is forfeited. Rescheduling -If a client needs to reschedule after a cancellation, the original deposit will be credited to the new booking (if within the 6-month window). -A new deposit will be required if the rescheduled booking is not confirmed within 6 months. Scope of Work -Services include transaction coordination from contract-to-close as outlined in the Scope of Work Agreement. -Any add-on services (CRM setup, client welcome packets, etc.) must be booked separately and are billed at the agreed add-on rate. Turnaround Time -Work begins within 24 hours of receiving the executed contract and deposit. -All deadlines will be tracked and managed according to the transaction timeline. Client Responsibilities -Clients must provide all necessary documentation, disclosures, and access to systems in a timely manner. -Delays in receiving required documents may impact the ability to meet deadlines. Refunds -Deposits are non-refundable. -Refunds for full service are not available once coordination work has begun.
