Services
We provide real estate transaction coordination services. We do not provide legal, financial, or brokerage advice.
Payments

A $150 non-refundable deposit for XEM Essential/Premium is due at booking.

Remaining balance is due within 7 business days after settlement/closing unless promotional or trial code is used.

All payments are final once services are rendered.
Cancellations

Clients may cancel within 24 hours of booking.

If no work has begun, the deposit may be applied as a credit toward a future booking within 6 months.

If work has already started, the deposit is forfeited.
Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate and timely information. Delays caused by missing information may affect deadlines.
Liability
We are not responsible for legal compliance, inspections, or contract negotiation. Our role is administrative support only.
Modifications
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services means you accept the changes.
