Service Description

A light backend setup designed to help agents clean up their CRM, organize lead flow, and create a more consistent follow-up process. This add-on is ideal for agents who need a cleaner system, better visibility, and less manual chaos in their day-to-day workflow. Included: Basic CRM pipeline organization Contact import and cleanup Lead stage organization Task and follow-up workflow setup Basic workflow recommendations for better consistency Best For: Agents who need a cleaner system, stronger follow-up, and a more organized client pipeline without overcomplicating their process.


Cancellation Policy

Booking Confirmation XEM Blueprint and file-based coordination services require a non-refundable $150 deposit at the time of booking. Bookings are not confirmed until the deposit has been received. Monthly retainer services, including XEM Premium, are billed in advance and do not require a file-based deposit unless otherwise stated. Payment Terms For file-based services, the remaining balance is due within 7 business days of settlement or closing unless otherwise stated in writing. For monthly retainer services, payment is due in full at the start of each billing cycle. Payments may be made via ACH transfer, debit/credit card, or other approved payment methods. Cancellations Clients may cancel within 24 hours of booking. If no work has begun, the deposit may be applied as a credit toward a future booking within 6 months. If work has already started, the deposit is forfeited. Rescheduling If a booking is rescheduled within 6 months, the original deposit may be applied to the new booking. If the rescheduled booking is not confirmed within 6 months, a new deposit will be required. Scope of Work File-based services include transaction coordination support from contract to close as outlined in the selected service package. Add-on services are billed separately unless otherwise included in a monthly retainer package. Additional requests outside the agreed scope may require a custom quote. Turnaround Time Work begins within 24 hours of receiving the executed contract, required documents, and deposit. All timelines, deadlines, and contingencies will be managed according to the transaction schedule and service scope. Rush requests or same-day support may be subject to additional fees based on availability. Client Responsibilities Clients are responsible for providing complete documentation, disclosures, and required system access in a timely manner. Delays in receiving required documents, incomplete submissions, missing signatures, lender/title delays, or delayed client communication may impact timelines and are outside of XEM’s control. XEM is not responsible for delays caused by missing documentation, delayed communication, lender/title delays, or incomplete agent submissions. Refund Policy All deposits are non-refundable. Refunds are not available once work has begun on any file, service, or support request.
